FAQs

How is pricing calculated?

All tours are priced from a base rate that applies for a minimum of 6 people/booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the number of travellers, preferred level of customisation, and any optional add-ons. If you're travelling solo or would like to book a larger private tour, we’ll provide a tailored quote when you send your request.

Will there be any support or service for motorcycles during the trip?

Yes, motorcycle support and service will be provided if needed, and an assistance vehicle with a spare motorcycle can also travel with us on request.

Is this expedition suitable for off-road beginners?

The expedition is suitable for more intermediate riders who already have some experience off-road, as the track includes a mix of gravel and asphalt. Our guide will also brief you on the track and your motorcycle before the beginning of the tour.

What should I bring with me on the ride?

The basics you will need are appropriate moto gear, including for off-road riding, and personal items (such as a valid motorcycle licence, phone or ID/passport). Of course, you can consult with us prior to the experience regarding other items. Bottled water will be provided at the beginning of the tour.

If you don't have appropriate gear with you, you can rent a helmet for 10 euros/day and gloves for 5 euros/day.

What type of motorcycle will we be using?

We have a selection of KTM, Honda, CFMOTO or Husqvarna motorcycles, ready to be taken on a ride of epic adventures.

What if I crash the bike?

Our tour guides are experienced riders and mechanics, so we can attempt to solve potential repairs on the spot. If the bike were to become unrideable, a spare motorcycle can be arranged.

I have a dietary condition. What is included in the food & drinks offered?

Romanian cuisine has a diverse range of dishes, some being only plant-based, and the food tasting will usually contain a sample of all, so there is diversity for all tastes and needs. For full meals organised by us, please let us know during the booking process of any requirements to make sure the menu is adapted to your dietary conditions.

Is tipping included?

Tips for your guide and driver are not included. If you loved the tour, our guides and drivers always appreciate recognition for a well-done job! The amount is entirely a personal preference, but 10-20 Euros/GBP per day can be used as a guideline.
